At Ilhaan, customer satisfaction is our priority. We encourage all customers to inspect their order carefully at the time of delivery.
Returns at the Time of Delivery
Please check your product in the presence of the delivery personnel before accepting the order.
If you are not satisfied with the product or notice any issue, you may return it immediately at the time of delivery.
In this case, only the delivery charge will apply:
- ৳100 for deliveries within Dhaka
- ৳200 for deliveries outside Dhaka
Important Notice
Once the order has been accepted and the delivery personnel has left your location, we are unable to accept any return or exchange requests.
We kindly request you to inspect your order carefully before completing the delivery process.
