Delivery Locations & Payment Methods
Ilhaan currently delivers products to all locations within Bangladesh. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
We provide Cash on Delivery (COD) across Bangladesh. For orders outside Dhaka, an advance delivery charge may be required to confirm and process your order.
Delivery Time & Instructions
Once your order is placed, you will receive an estimated delivery timeframe. Delivery times are approximate and are calculated from the date your order is shipped, not the date it is placed.
We aim to deliver all orders within 3–5 business days, subject to order confirmation and payment verification. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, the courier service, and product availability.
In some cases, your order may arrive in multiple shipments.
We recommend inspecting your package upon delivery, preferably in the presence of the delivery agent. If you notice any damage to the packaging or product, please contact us immediately so we can assist you.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the total quantity of products in your order.
Our standard delivery charges are:
- ৳100 for delivery within Dhaka (single product)
- ৳150 for delivery outside Dhaka (single product)
- An additional ৳30 will be charged for each additional product in the same order.
If your order is fulfilled from multiple inventory locations, delivery charges may be applied separately for each shipment using the same pricing structure.
Additional shipping charges may apply for remote locations or oversized/heavy products. If applicable, these charges will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.
